I am  working on an algorthitmic model to study recognition memory.  The goal of my current project is to account for the shape of ROC-curves obtained from  recognition memory tasks (curvilinearity and y-offset) . While other models, such as the dual process and single process approaches, try to explain the shape of ROC-curves in terms of the memory processes involved, our model studies the role of the input as well as pattern separation on the recognition performance.

I completed my  M.Sc. degree in Cognitive Science at RUB. The topic of my thesis was "Propagation of sequential activity in feedforward neural networks".  I obtained my Bachelor's degree at the Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences (thesis: Cognitive Linguistics: History, methods and felds of study).
